Common questions

• How do I install it?

  Copy the one line of code from your dashboard and paste it first in your site's <head>, above Google Tag Manager. There's a guide for each platform, from Shopify to WordPress.

• My banner isn't showing.

  Check the line is first in your <head> on the live site. Then give our first scan a few minutes: your editor shows the banner already, and visitors get it once the scan is done. In most of the US you'll see a "Your Privacy Choices" link instead of a pop-up, by design. If you already run a tool like OneTrust or Cookiebot, ours stays out of its way until you choose our banner in Settings › Install.

• How do I delete my data?

  Choose "Close this business" in Settings. Within 30 days we delete your account and its data, consent records included. A locked audit copy of the consent records stays until its 24 months are up, then it's deleted too.

• How does billing work?

  Each site moves up a level as its traffic grows and stays there, and you get one email each time. If setup on a paid plan isn't painless, tell us within your first 30 days. We'll fix it with you or refund that period.
